Abstract | The objectives of this research are: (1) to study the work factors of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office, Digital Organization, and (2) to study the factors affecting the self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office. Data were collected from personnel at the Prime Minister's Office using a research method that determined the sample size using simple random sampling. The calculated sample size was 267 sample. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods such as percentages, means, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients.
The research findings are as follows:
1) The work factors level of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office is high.
2) Factors affecting the self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office, including job characteristics, career advancement, organizational culture, and work environment, are at a high level.
3) The relationship between work factors and self-development of personnel at the Prime Minister's Office is statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
