| Abstract | Research on Factors in the characteristics of high performance organizations that affect the operational efficiency of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Office. Samut Songkhram Province There are 3 objectives consisting of Firstly To study the level of factors characteristic of high performance organizations. Second, to study the level of operational efficiency and thirdly To study the factors regarding characteristics of high performance organizations that affect the operational efficiency of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Office. Using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The population used in the study was 48 civil servants and regular employees of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Office. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. with statistical significance at the .05 level
The results of this study found that Level of high performance organizational characteristics at a high level and level of operational efficiency at a high level in testing the hypothesis, it was found that factors in continuous improvement and development Affecting the operational efficiency of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Office Samut Songkhram Province, 23.2 percent, with statistical significance at the .05 level.
