          The three purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of work efficiency of supply chain employees in health and beauty retail companies, (2) to study the level of factors affecting the work efficiency of supply chain employees, health and beauty retail companies and (3) to study the relationship between work efficiency and work motivation of supply chain employees in health and beauty retail companies. In a nutshell, the method of this study used 186 samples from employee supply chain department in health and beauty retail companies to analyze by the questionnaire. Afterward, all of the data were obtained to compute the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation.

          The research result showed that.

          1) Employees had a high level of overall opinions on the performance of supply chain

          2) The level of factors affecting the work performance of supply chain employees from the predictors, the nature of the work performed, responsibilities received, progress, administrative policy, compensation and welfare, commander's side, relationships between people and working environment is at a high level.

          3) Relationship between work efficiency and factors affecting work efficiency of supply chain employees, health and beauty retail business company was at a statistically significant level of 0.01.
