         This article aimed to 1) explore the elements and importance of Cultural capital of entrepreneurs, 2) study the management of Cultural capital of entrepreneurs, and 3.) study the influence of Cultural capital effects on the performance of entrepreneurs. Quantitative research study collected data by questionnaire from samples using simple random sampling method. The population used in this research were the community entrepreneurs in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province that operated a business related to coconut products. The research hypothesis testing and the analysis of the research results used a Structural Equation Model (SEM), which calculates the sample used in the analysis, according to Hair, Black, Babin & Anderson (2010), had shown a size suitable for this structural equation 260 samples.

         The results of the study found that 1) The Cultural capital of community entrepreneurs was classified as: Institutionalized cultural capital which had Economic capital and Social networks as the important elements and Incorporated cultural capital which had personal values and entrepreneurial skills as the important elements. 2) In order to effectively manage cultural capital, it was necessary to have the inherit wisdom, knowledge development and creating a conducive ecosystem. and 3) The two types of cultural capital that composed of Institutionalized and Incorporated cultural capital resulted in performance, the institutionalized cultural capital had a direct effect. and affected through Incorporated cultural capital to the performance of coconut product community entrepreneurs in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
