Abstract | This research aims to 1) study the satisfaction with services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital, and 2) compare the behaviors of individuals who use services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital. The sample group used in the research consists of 400 individuals selected through simple random sampling. The research tool used is a five-level Likert scale questionnaire, with a Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.95. Statistical analysis methods used include mean, standard deviation, comparison of differences between males and females using the T-test Two Independent-Sample, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and pairwise comparison analysis using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method.
The research findings can be summarized as follows: Overall, satisfaction with services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital is found to be significantly above the standard deviation (mean = 4.05). When considering specific aspects, high levels of satisfaction are observed across all dimensions as follows: convenience (mean = 4.32), amenities (mean = 4.09), physical environment (mean = 4.27), service providers (mean = 4.01), and service quality (mean = 4.02). Additionally, satisfaction with services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital varies based on gender, age, occupation, education level, and type of service used. |
