| Abstract | The objective of this research is to1) Design an order channel application for order Thong Muen, FromGrandma Thong Muan Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province User Satisfaction Assessment for the Ordering App of Baan Khunyao Thong Mun Shop, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province The study sample consists of 30 customers who purchased Khanom Thong Muen from Baan Khunya Yai, selected using a random sampling method.The tools used in this development include an entrepreneur interview for application development. To evaluate customer satisfaction with the ordering channel application using a survey of 30 respondents. The analysis will utilize mean and standard deviation to summarize the data.
The research results showed that 1) The owner of Grandma Thong Muan roll shop has implemented an app to expand the store's sales channels, boosting sales in another way. Survey Results: Overall App Satisfaction is at the Highest Level ( x̄ = 4.59, S.D. = 0.32)
