The objective of this research was to study the behavior of using fitness club facilities in Sam Ngam Subdistrict, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province, and to compare the behavior of service users who choose to use fitness club facilities in Sam Ngam Subdistrict, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province, categorized by personal information. The sample groups used in the research were regular service users and occasional users, totaling 400 people, using simple random sampling. The research tool used was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire, with a Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of .96. Statistical analyses used included mean (Average), standard deviation (S.D.), comparison of differences between male and female genders using the Two Independent-Sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and pairwise comparison analysis using the LSD (Least Significant Difference) method. The research findings can be summarized as follows: the behavior of using fitness club facilities in Sam Ngam Subdistrict, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province, overall was found to be high (Average = 4.22). When considering individual aspects, it was found to be high in every aspect as follows: product aspect (Average = 4.22), price aspect (Average = 4.12), distribution channel aspect (Average = 4.19), marketing promotion aspect (Average = 4.35), physical feature creation and presentation aspect (Average = 4.18), process aspect (Average = 4.18), and personnel aspect (Average = 4.28). Moreover, the behavior of using fitness club facilities in Sam Ngam Subdistrict, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province, differed among individuals with different genders, ages, family statuses, educational levels, and incomes.
