| Abstract | This research has two objectives: 1. To compare the work efficiency of employees of Muang Thai Capital Public Company Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima District Office. When classified according to personal factors and 2. To study the influence of quality of life at work that affects the work efficiency of employees of Muang Thai Capital Public Company Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima District Office. The researcher collected a sample of 134 people using convenience sampling. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean. Standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance. and multiple regression analysis The research results found that 1. Work efficiency of employees of Muang Thai Capital Public Company Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima District Office When classified according to personal factors, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in average monthly income. 2. Influences on the quality of life at work that affect the work efficiency of employees of Muang Thai Capital Public Company Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima District Office include: adequate, fair remuneration, and job security, and advancement. The equation has a predictive power of 67.10%, and the equation it can be written as follows: Ytot = 0.95+-0.30X 1**+-0.05X2+ 0.11X3+0.25 X4**+ 0.04X5+ 0.13X6+ 0.06X7+ 0.13X8 |
