Abstract | Title: The Influence of Transformational Leadership on Employees’ Perceived Organizational Support: A Case Study of Nakhon Pathom Social Security Office and Sam Phran Branch This research aims to achieve the following objectives: 1. Compare the perceived organizational support among employees of the Social Security Office in Nakhon Pathom and the Sam Phran Branch, segmented by personal factors. 2. Study the influence of transformational leadership on these perceptions. The study population comprises 82 employees from both the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and the Sam Phran Branch. Statistical methods employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate:
1. There are no statistically significant differences in perceived organizational support among employees at the Nakhon Pathom and Sam Phran branches when analyzed by personal factors.
2. Factors of transformational leadership influencing employees at these branches include idealized influence (X1), inspirational motivation (X2), intellectual stimulation (X3), and individual consideration (X4). The predictive power of the model is 77.28%. The regression equation is presented as follows:
