Abstract | Research on the Influence of Quality of Work-Life and Organizational Commitment on Employee Effectiveness at Rai Khing Municipality. The objectives are 1) To investigate the influence of quality of work-life on employee effectiveness at Rai Khing Municipality. 2) To examine the influence of organizational commitment on employee effectiveness at Rai Khing Municipality.
The sample used in this research was 160 samples of employees of Rai Khing Municipality in all departments using convenience sampling. , Data Analyses : Frequency, percentage, and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the data.
Results
1. Quality of life factors affecting the effectiveness of employees of Rai Khing Municipality include compensation (b = - 0.26), development opportunities (b = 0.23), job characteristics (b = 0.27), environment (b = 0.01), work balance. (b = 0.28), respectively, the equation has a predictive power of 38.50 percent. The equation can be written as follows:
Ytot = 1.81** - 0.26X 1**+0.23X2**+ 0.27X3**+0.01 X4+ 0.28X5**
2. Factors of organizational commitment affecting the effectiveness of employees of Rai Khing Municipality include confidence (b = - 0.02), dedication (b = 0.47), desire (b = 0.18), respectively. The equation has 100% predictive power. 43.90 each. The equation can be written as follows:
