This research aims to study the needs of information system usage to support management in the Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University. The quantitative research method was used with a sample size of 165 people, consisting of 65 support staff, 79 dental assistants, and 21 dentists and dental students. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs of information system usage to support management in the Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the majority of the sample were female (n = 134, 81.21%). The majority of the users were dental assistants (n = 79, 47.88%). In terms of work experience, the majority of the respondents had worked for 11-15 years (n = 45, 27.27%). Regarding the frequency of use, the majority of the respondents used the system more than 6 times per week (n = 87, 52.73%).When considering each aspect, it was found that the overall aspect of using the system to support management was at the highest level ( =  4.57, S.D. = 0.62), followed by the system design aspect ( =  4.51, S.D. = 0.55), and the data content aspect ( =  4.48, S.D. = 0.70), respectively.
