Abstract | The research on factors influencing the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University aims to study: 1. The influence of learning organization factors on the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, and 2. The influence of happiness at work on the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The sample used in this research consists of university employees from Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, totaling 240 samples obtained through quota sampling. The statistical methods used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that:
1. The overall learning organization factor is rated high, and the influence of learning organization factors on the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University includes team learning (X4) with a predictive power of 64.00%. The equation can be formulated as follows:
Ytot = 0.16+0.13X1+0.19X2+ 0.13X3+0.36X4**+ 0.11X5
2. The overall happiness at work factor is rated high, and the influence of happiness at work on the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University consists of job satisfaction (X6) and feelings of success (X8) with a predictive power of 60.50%. The equation can be formulated as follows:
