Abstract | The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop online multimedia on Scratch Programming with blended learning management, 2) find the effectiveness of the developed online multimedia, 3) compare learning achievement before and after learning with online multimedia with blended learning management compared to the set criteria 70 percent, 4) study students’ satisfaction towards online multimedia with blended learning management. The sample group was 40 students in grade 4/3 at Watpailom School (Pool-Pra-Cha -Upatham), selected by cluster random sampling. The tools used in the research include: 1) online multimedia, 2) learning achievement test, and 3) students’ satisfaction form towards online multimedia with blended learning management. The statistics used in this research were mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test
The research findings showed that: 1) the online multimedia consisted of three lessons: 1.1 Scratch Program, 1.2 basic programming with Scratch, and 1.3 crab collecting stars game .The developed online multimedia were qualified in content, technique, and methodology at the highest level, 2) The efficiency of online multimedia was 1.09, which according to Meguigans, 3) the students’ learning achievement after learning through online multimedia with blended learning management was significantly higher than before learning at the .05 level, and 4) overall, the students’ satisfaction with online multimedia with blended learning management was at the highest level.
