       The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop a website for leave, a case study of Meesapcharoen Construction Limited Partnership, and 2) to assess user satisfaction with the leave website. The research population was 30 employees from Meesapcharoen Construction Limited Partnership, and a sample group comprised 22 people derived from Yamane’s formula. The tools used for recording included 1) WordPress and 2) Plugins, assessed by three experts. The data collection tool was a satisfaction assessment form for using the website for leave, a case study of Meesapcharoen Construction Limited Partnership, which consisted of two parts: 1) a questionnaire asking about respondents’ general information, and 2) a questionnaire regarding satisfaction with using the website for leave. The statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, average, and standard deviation.             The findings revealed that the leave website, developed for Meesapcharoen Construction Limited Partnership, can be used to request leave and track employees’ absences efficiently. The satisfaction level with the use of the leave website was high (x̄ = 4.17, S.D. = 0.56), based on an assessment of three aspects summarized in the overview. On a side-by-side basis, there was a high level of satisfaction with the performance of the website  (x̄ = 4.21, S.D. = 0.53), followed by a high level of satisfaction with the content of the website (x̄ = 4.17, S.D. = 0.76), and a high level of satisfaction with the design of the website (x̄ = 4.14, S.D. = 0.48), respectively. As a result, the employees of Meesapcharoen Construction Limited Partnership may take leave more conveniently and quickly, reducing the time and procedures for employee leave and keeping a record of employee leave throughout their careers.
