The objective of this research is to 1) develop a bakery recommendation application in the Chatuchak district, and 2) assess satisfaction with the bakery recommendation application in the Chatuchak district. The sample group consists of 128 general individuals interested in bakery foods and 10 bakery shop owners, totaling 138 individuals, selected randomly. The research tools used in this study include 1) semi-structured interviews, and 2) satisfaction assessment surveys on the use of the application. The researchers analyzed and designed the system using context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development, PHP for database management, and Visual Studio Code for code editing. Data analysis was conducted using statistics, including Cronbach's alpha coefficient, with a reliability coefficient for all three aspects totaling 0.951.

          The research findings indicate that 1) the development of the bakery recommendation application in the Chatuchak district has successfully implemented six subsystems, which are the user membership system, access control system, bakery search system, bakery data management system, notification system, and review system. 2) Regarding the evaluation of user satisfaction with the application, it was found that the overall satisfaction level of the application is high
(mean = 4.35, S.D. = 0.61).
