The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop application for learning about Structure of Flowering Plants and 2) to evaluate the audience satisfaction. The research tools were application for learning about Structure of Flowering Plants, The questionnaire for application for learning about Structure of Flowering Plants quality, and the questionnaire for the audience satisfaction. The research sample was the first -year undergraduate student majoring in Biology Department, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, consisted of 31 students using purposive sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1) the assessment of overall quality was at the high level and 2) the audience satisfaction was at the high level.
