Study of risk management approach for resilience of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University. It is an action to prevent adverse events that affect the faculty’s main mission. The objectives are to 1) To Analyze/review risk management results of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology 2) To know guidelines/issues for developing the risk Management process 3) To design a resilience process (Resilience Framework). This study uses the SWOT analysis framework. Review the risk management process During the fiscal year 2020-2022, using statistical data to find the percentage, content analysis and qualitative synthesis. Define key success indicators:

1) There is analysis and review of the risk management results of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at least one round.

2) There are guidelines/issues for developing risk management for sustainable development at the organizational level at least 3 issues.

3) There is recovery process (Resilience Framework) of the main mission at least one process.
