This research intended to conference room management system development. The conference room reservation system was developed to the administrator can manage the meeting room through the online system, the system is based on website platform can be added, delete, edit and summary report, the information is recorded on the Google Sheet application. Users of the meeting room reservation system can reserve a meeting room, the date and period-time to use the meeting room, using a Web application program to manage the web page for communicating with users in booking meeting rooms. In addition, the room reservation system can collect room booking information such as date, time, name of the person making the reservation, telephone number, meeting room (Phutthachad Room, Chumkho Room, Chomphuchumphon Room), and time of use of the meeting room.

         From experimental, it found that this system can facilitate the personnel of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Prince of Chumphon Campus. Can be used as an information system for resource management (meeting rooms), which facilitates room user staff to be able to check the availability of meeting rooms. The developed system can be used. Easy to use and save on meeting room booking forms. Additionally, administrators can book, cancel reservations, and change reservations efficiently.
