The purposes of this research was to study culture climate and organization health of teachers in school. It is an important to achieve success for educational administration with high performance of the school administrator, therefore organization culture climate and organization health of teachers in school also is a basic important for educational administration. Now a days educational administration organization culture the relationship between organizational culture and the organization health of teacher in school cause work with high performance and work atmosphere and environment of school. There should be guidelines for change and development get into the environment and able to teaching and administration until the students become a good behavior and able improve themselves. The relationship between school administrator and organization administration with the same goal bring able to organizational direction and objective with high performance. Educational institutions can remain there is continuous development able to solve various obstacles there is a smooth internal management process no tension. The school administrator to be on the same page with personals in the school and the stability of educational institutions make them to get ready for mission of work and responsibilities and have the potential to adapt to the environment and any changes that occur and be able to accomplish
