Abstract | This academic article aims to explore the meaning, theoretical concepts, fundamental principles, and benefits of participatory management in educational administration. It also delves into the significance and roles of educational administrators as crucial mechanisms in driving educational institutions or organizations towards success in management, quality, and efficiency. Participatory management by educational administrators is depicted as a form of management involving the expression of opinions, collective idea generation, problem-solving, and the development of processes to achieve shared objectives or goals. The underlying principles of participatory management necessitate the creation of a democratic atmosphere, impartiality, and the provision of opportunities for all stakeholders to participate in management. It emphasizes granting autonomy in work practices and using power in appropriate ways. Participatory management fosters cohesion within the faculty or team, acknowledges individual and collective needs, reduces conflicts among individuals within educational institutions or organizations, and provides opportunities for participants to demonstrate their full capabilities.
