Abstract | Abstract
The purposes of this article were to achieve the goals of human development,
the goals of the work, community development of organizational development to become a learning organization. Knowledge consists of Explicit Knowledge and Tacit Knowledge for enhancing to knowledge management. We must define goal setting management by objective and establishing organization direction. Knowledge management is an important for developing learning organization. Knowledge Management is one of process are all around in the world for it accessible to everyone and can be used to develop the organization to achieve sustainable success. Knowledge management consists of the main processes: searching for knowledge, creating, and acquiring new knowledge, organizing knowledge into a system. Knowledge processing and moderation Knowledge sharing Finally, learning and to use knowledge for the maximum benefit to the organization. Various types of tools are created to be used for knowledge transfer and exchange. It is very important to make the organization develop with potential and success.
