The purpose of this research are as follows 1) to study the level of decision-making factors in choosing an establishment for field practice of students in the Faculty of Hospitality Industry. 2) to compare the factors of decision making in selecting an establishment for field practice of students in the Faculty of Hospitality Industry, classified according to the general information factor of different students. 3) study guidelines for developing factors of decision-making factors in choosing an establishment for field practice of students in the Faculty of Hospitality Industry. The data were collected by using the questionnaire survey with 495 senior students studying in the Faculty of Hospitality Industry. Data analysis consists of 2 parts 1) The quantitative data analysis consisted of Descriptive statistical analysis and Inference Statistics analysis. 2) Qualitative data analysis, namely content analysis.

         The results showed that 1) Factors affecting the decision to choose an establishment Overall, all aspects were at a high level considering the factors in order as follows the target side is at the highest level. followed by attitude at a high level  beliefs and values at a high level Perception aspect at a high level and motivation at a high level 2) Factors of general information of students in terms of gender, field of study, and different cumulative grade point averages had a different effect on students' decision to choose an establishment for field practice at the statistical significance level of .05 3) There are 3 development guidelines are part 1 students part 2 institute part 3 establishment.
