The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop a New Normal Thai Massage Application on the Android operating system; 2) evaluate the quality of a New Normal Thai Massage Application on the Android operating system; and 3) study users’ satisfaction with the New Normal Thai Massage Application on the Android operating system. The research population included 12 Thai massage stores and general spa stores located in Muang Nakhon Pathom District, Nakhon Pathom Province. 3 experts. The research tools included the quality assessment forms for the New Normal Thai Massage Application on the Android operating system and user satisfaction forms for the application. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings showed that the overall result of the quality assessment of the New Normal Thai Massage Application on the Android operating system assessed by experts was at a high level (=4.16, S.D.=0.56), and the overall result of the assessment of the users’ satisfaction with the New Normal Thai Massage Application on the Android operating system by Thai massage stores and general spa stores in Nakhon Pathom District, Nakhon Pathom Province was also at a high level (=4.24, S.D.=0.56). The users of the application were provided with comprehensive information on basic self-care for body pain and the initial recommendations for solutions.
