This research objectives were to 1) to study the level of
People’s Satisfaction towards registration and card services of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province. 2) to study the factors of affecting people's satisfaction towards registration and card services of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province. The research samples was 394 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The data was analyzed with mean
standard deviation (S.D.), t-test statistic and One-way ANOVA. The results were found that: 1. The overall level of
people’s satisfaction towards registration and card services of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province was at high level.
2. The overall level of people’s satisfaction towards
general register service of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province was at high level.
3. The overall level of civil registration service of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province was at very high level.
4. The overall level of
people’s satisfaction towards identification card service of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province
was at high level.
5. The overall level of
people’s satisfaction towards personal status and nationality service of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province was at high level.
6. The factor affecting People’s Satisfaction towards registration and card services of Nakhon Chai Si District Office, Nakhon Pathom Province can be summarized as follows:

The findings showed that
people’s satisfaction aged more 60 years was at highest level. While the people’s satisfaction aged less than 60 years was at high level.
6.2 The people with different of education, level of people’s satisfaction towards
general register service was different. The findings showed that people’s education with a junior high school was on a moderate level. While postgraduate, bachelor's degree, upper-secondary, diploma, primary school was a high level
registration service was different. The findings showed that people’s occupation with merchant/ business and employee were on a highest level. While company employee, government
officer enterprise officer and others were on a high level.
6.4 The people with different of experience, level of people’s satisfaction towards civil registration service was different. The findings showed that people’s experience on civil registration service with no more than twice were on a highest level. While that people’s experience on civil registration service with more than twice were on a high level.
6.5 The people with different of gender, level of people’s satisfaction towards
identification card service was different. The findings showed that male was on a highest level. While that female was on a high level.
6.6 The people with different of age, level of people’s satisfaction towards Identification
card service was different. The findings showed that people’s age range 30 - 60 years was at highest level. While the people’s age less than 30 years and more than 60 years were at high level.
6.7 The people with different of occupation, level of people’s satisfaction towards
personal status and nationality service was different. The findings showed that people’s occupation with company employee, merchant/private business , employee , government officer and enterprise officer were on a highest level. While the others was on a high level.
