The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a basic mobile phone care application.
2) To study the satisfaction of using the mobile phone care application as a preliminary. The sample group was 60 customers who came to use the service at Sky phone shop, Sao Thong Hin Subdistrict,
Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province. The tools used to collect data, questionnaires, and statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and deviation. Standard

The results of the research revealed that the results of the initial assessment of the quality of mobile phone care applications The overall quality of the experts was at a high level ( =4.22, S.D.=0.65)  and the results of the assessment of satisfaction with the initial use of mobile phone care applications by customers who come to use the service at Sky phone shop, Sao Thong Hin Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province Overall, the satisfaction level was at a high level( =3.96, S.D.=0.82). Application users get information on cell phone care in all aspects of cell phone care. Let the mobile phone be used for a longer time The efficient use of mobile phones brings the greatest benefit to users.
