This study aimed to: 1) develop a peritoneal dialysis care application system for kidney disease patients and 2) study the user satisfaction of a peritoneal dialysis care application for patients. The study population consisted of 70 peritoneal dialysis patients from Banphaeo General Hospital, Ban Phaeo District, Samut Sakhon Province. The research tools included the assessment of the quality of peritoneal dialysis care application for patients and the assessment of patient satisfaction with the use of peritoneal dialysis care application for kidney disease patients. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentages, mean, and standard deviation.

     The results showed that the overall assessment of the quality of the peritoneal dialysis application for kidney disease patients by three experts was at a high level ( = 4.08, S.D. = 0.12). In the same way, the overall assessment result of the satisfaction with the use of the peritoneal dialysis application for kidney disease patients by 70 peritoneal dialysis patients of Banphaeo General Hospital was at a high level ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.43). It was also found that the users of the application received comprehensive information on all aspects of care, including the recommendation of peritoneal dialysis procedures, the observation of complications, or the resolution of underlying problems.
