บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าเครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชันคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าเครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ พนักงานของบริษัท เอ็น.พี.
ยูนิแพ็ค จำกัด ที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในบ้านพักพนักงานโซนที่ 1 ในพื้นที่บ้านเลขที่ 291/3 หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบ้านคลองสวน อำเภอ
พระสมุทรเจดีย์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 44 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณภาพแอปพลิเคชันคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าเครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าเครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลการประเมินคุณภาพผลการประเมินแอปพลิเคชันคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าเครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญในภาพรวมมีคุณภาพในระดับมาก ( ${\bar{X}}$ = 4.10, S.D. = 0.13) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งาน
แอปพลิเคชันคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าเครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน โดยพนักงานของบริษัท เอ็น.พี. ยูนิแพ็ค จำกัด ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (

${\bar{X}}$ = 3.77, S.D. = 0.73) ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันสามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้เพื่อทราบถึงค่าใช้จ่ายจากเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า

Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) is to develop an application to calculate electricity costs for home appliances. 2) to study the satisfaction of users of the application to calculate electricity costs of home appliances. The sample group in this research used to assess the application usage were employees of N.P. Unipack Co., Ltd. who lived in the employee residence in Zone 1 in the area of House No. 291/3, Village No. 2, Ban Khlong Suan Sub-district, Phra Samut Chedi. District 44 cases in Samut Prakan Province. The tools used in the research were 1) quality appraisal form for electricity cost calculation of home appliances 2) the satisfaction assessment form for the application to calculate the electricity cost of the home appliances. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results of the research showed that 1) The quality assessment results of the application to calculate the electricity cost of home appliances. The overall quality of the experts was at a very high level
( ${\bar{X}}$ = 4.10, S.D. = 0.13). 2) The results of the satisfaction assessment results of the application to calculate electricity costs for home appliances of the employees of N.P. Unipack Co., Ltd. overall had a high level of satisfaction ( ${\bar{X}}$ = 3.77, SD = 0.73). Users of the application can use their knowledge to know to expenses from home appliances and know the future expenses that will occurs.
