The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a model for borrowing-returning equipment, glassware, Faculty of Science and Technology, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. To be organized and efficient with an online system 2) To assess the efficiency and satisfaction of borrowing-returning equipment, glassware, Faculty of Science and Technology Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. The samples used in this research were divided into 2 groups : 1) Chemistry student and students of science and technology 2) Lecturer of the Faculty of Science and Technology who request for borrowing-returning of glass equipment for teaching by choosing a specific method. The research instruments consisted of 1) a satisfaction questionnaire on the borrowing-returning model of glassware and an opinion assessment form on the borrowing-returning model developed. The aforementioned questionnaire has passed the Compliance Examination (IOC) and Research Instrument Validity Index (CVI) from 3 experts. Glassware that has been developed online. This will reduce the process, time, and facilitate both the service user and the staff in managing the borrowing-returning time of the device.
