บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจรและพฤติกรรมการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ของนักศึกษา เพื่อทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 392 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม การใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive statistic) ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน (Spearman rank correlation coefficient) และ Chi-square ผลศึกษาพบว่า ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจรนักศึกษามีความรู้อยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 7.69(1.618) ด้านทัศนคติต่อกฎหมายจราจรและพฤติกรรมการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 37.50(4.282) และ 36.16(6.527) ตามลำดับ จากการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทั่วไปกับระดับคะแนนของความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมของการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ พบว่า ด้านทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจร มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับปัจจัยด้านรายได้ อย่างมีเลขนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ -0.106 และด้านพฤติกรรมเกี่ยวกับการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับปัจจัยด้านความแรงของรถจักรยานยนต์ และความเร็วในการขับขี่รถจักยานยนต์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.146 และ0.113 ตามลำดับ จากค่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนระดับความรู้ ทัศคติด้านกฎหมายที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ พบว่า ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจร มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับพฤติกรรม อย่างมีเลขนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.324 ด้านทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจร มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับพฤติกรรม อย่างมีเลขนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.366

Abstract	This study It aims to study knowledge Attitudes about traffic laws and motorcycling behavior among students. To test for the relationship between knowledge Attitudes about traffic laws and influence on motorcycling behavior of students and as a guideline for suggesting knowledge. And attitude about traffic law to students from Lampang Rajabhat University The research sample consisted of 392 students from Lampang Rajabhat University in Year 1-3. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire. Descriptive statistic analyzes were frequency, mean, standard deviation, and statistical percentage. The analysis used for the analysis was the Spearman rank correlation coefficient and Chi-square The results of the study found that the knowledge of the traffic law students had knowledge at a good level The mean of 7.69 (1.618) attitude and behavior were at the moderate level. The mean values were 37.50 (4.282) and 36.16 (6.527), respectively. The relationship between general factors and scores of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of motorcyclists revealed that attitudes regarding traffic laws Have a negative correlation with income factors The statistical significance of 0.05 had a correlation coefficient of -0.106 and behavior of motorcyclists. There was a positive correlation with the strength factor of the motorcycle. And the speed of driving a motorbike At the level of 0.01, the correlation coefficients were 0.146 and 0.113, respectively. Legal views on motorcycling behavior found that knowledge of traffic laws Were positively correlated with behavioral levels The statistical significance at the level 0.01 had a correlation coefficient of 0.324. Attitude about traffic laws. Were positively correlated with behavioral levels with statistical significance at level 0.01 with a correlation coefficient of 0.366.
