บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขโดยรวมและรายด้านของนักศึกษา หลักสูตรปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ประชากร ได้แก่ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2561 ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 2,946 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้โดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 386 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 2 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบวัดความสุขซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนามาจากแบบวัดความสุขของ จตุรวัฒน์ ผนึกรัมย์ (2559) เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 อันดับ จำนวน 51 ข้อ หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.925 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความสุขโดยรวมเฉลี่ยของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2561 อยู่ในระดับสูง (X= 3.93, SD. = 0.415) และระดับความสุขรายด้านของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2561 มีความสุขด้าน Happy Heart / น้ำใจดีสูงที่สุด (X = 4.41, SD. = 0.506)

Abstract	This article has the following objectives to study the level of happiness in overall and in each aspect of Bachelor's degree programs, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. The population is 2,946 students in the normal course of Bachelor's degree Program, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, Academic Year 2018, Years 1-4. The sample was obtained by accidental randomization of 386 people. The tool used in this research was 5-level scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed from the happiness measurement model of Jaturawat Phanuekrum (2016), containing 51 items, composing 2 parts namely the first part seeking personal data and the second part seeking happiness index, reliability by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient at 0.925. The statistics used for analyzing data consisted of percentage, mean, S.D.. Result of the research was found that the average level of overall happiness of Bachelor's degree programs, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, academic year 2018 is high (X = 3.93, SD. = 0.415). And found that the level of happiness in Happy Heart / Kindness is the highest (X = 4.41, SD. = 0.506).
