This qualitative research aimed to 1) study anti-corruption operational process 2) study problems and obstacles related to anti-corruption practice 3) guidelines to solution anti-corruption operational process. The research person was 33 officers of the NACC Regional Office 7. The research instrument was a interview constructed by the researcher. Data were descriptive analysis.
The results were showed that.
1. Anti-corruption operational process
The operation process of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting was bureaucracy and hierarchy system. All be Top-Down, dominated and commanded from the central NACC to the NACC Regional Office 7.
2. Problems and obstacles related to anti-corruption practice.
2.2 Lacking of data base for anti-corruption prevention.

Lacking of cooperation from various sectors including the public, private and people sector.
2.4. The credibility to outsiders, anti-corruption operational process, was not very good.
2.5 The participation of anti-corruption networks was not strong.
3. Guidelines for improving and solving the anti-corruption work process
3.1 The central NACC should continuously making policy and planning as well as the operational practices in anti-corruption should clear. This will result in the operation to achieve the goal.
3.2 Making database for anti-corruption prevention
3.3 Making proactively publicize to inform public sector and people to understand anti-corruption operational process.
3.4 Making a strategy to coordinating both inside and outside the organization. Including make people network for preventing in anti-corruption.
