The purpose of this study is to study High performance organization development of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province. There are 3 objectives:                1) to study the level of core competency for local government officials of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province 2) to study the level of High performance organization development of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province and 3) to study the core competency for local government officials was related to the High performance organization development of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 153 populations. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient with statistical significance at the level of 0.05

            The results of this study found that 1) the level of core competency for local government officials of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province was at a high level 2) the level of High performance organization development of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province at a high level and 3) the core competency for local government officials was related to the High performance organization development of permanent secretary office, Nakhon Pathom city municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province with statistical significance at the level of 0.05, 0.001.
