The purpose of this study is to study Good governance of Nakhon Pathom municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province. There are 3 objectives: 1) to study the level of development of the governance 4.0 of Nakhon Pathom Municipality office, Nakhon Pathom Province 2) to study the level of Good governance of Nakhon Pathom Municipality office, Nakhon Pathom Province and 3) to study the development of the governance 4.0 was related to the good governance of Nakhon Pathom municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province.A questionnaire was used to collect data from 80 populations. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient with statistical significance at the level of 0.05

            The results of this study found that 1) the level of development of the governance 4.0 of Nakhon Pathom municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province was at a high level 2) the level of good governance of Nakhon Pathom municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province at a high level and 3) the development of the governance 4.0 was related to the good governance of Nakhon Pathom municipality office, Nakhon Pathom province with statistical significance at the level of 0.01 and 0.0001.
