วิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลบริบทพื้นที่ อำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลของอาหารที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ อำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม 3) เพื่อสร้างเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหารตามหลักการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 5 กลุ่ม ดังนี้ 1.หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2.ผู้นำชุมชน 3.กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการภายในพื้นที่อำเภอพุทธมณฑล 4.ประชาชนในพื้นที่ 5.นักท่องเที่ยว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาเป็นการเก็บข้อมูล แบบปฐมภูมิ (Primary Data) และการเก็บข้อมูลแบบทุติยภูมิ (Secondary Data) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) นำข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาตามประเด็น (Content Analysis) นำผลที่ได้มาเสนอแบบอธิบายความ และเรียงตามประเด็นที่ศึกษา และวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บริบทพื้นที่อำเภอพุทธมณฑล มีเขตการปกครอง 3 ตำบล 18 หมู่บ้าน ประกอบไปด้วยตำบลศาลายา ตำบลมหาสวัสดิ์ ตำบลคลองโยง ประชาชนในพื้นที่นิยมประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม ทำนาข้าว นาบัว สวนผลไม้ ทำให้มีการนำผลผลิตที่ได้จากการเพาะปลูกมาประกอบอาหาร และทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ 2) ข้อมูลด้านอาหารอำเภอพุทธมณฑล อาหารในพื้นที่อำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐมมีความคล้ายคลึงกับจังหวัดอื่นเพราะอยู่ในบริเวณภาคกลางเหมือนกัน ประเภทของอาหารมีความคล้าย เช่น ต้ม ผัด แกง ทอด แต่อาหารมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์คือการเอาวัตถุดิบในพื้นที่มาประกอบอาหาร 3) เกิดเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหาร อำเภอพุทธมณฑล ในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่จะเดินทางเข้ามาท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งสามารถสร้างเส้นทางเพื่อเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารและวิถีชีวิตคนท้องถิ่นได้ 2 เส้นทางคือ เส้นทางที่ 1 ท่องวิถีชีวิตชาวพุทธมณฑล และเส้นทางที่ 2 สัมผัสกลิ่นไอดินเยือนถิ่นพุทธมณฑล

| Abstract |
The purpose of this research were to : 1) study information of the context area in Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province; 2) find the context of food in the area in Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province and 3) create a food tourism route based on the principles of learning tourism To promote tourism in Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province. There are 5 main informant groups as follows: 1. Relevant agencies 2. Community leaders 3. Entrepreneurs in Phutthamonthon 4. People in the area 5. Tourists. This research studied the primary data and secondary data collected from the primary data and secondary data. The tools used in the study were in-depth interviews for data analysis. Use the information from the interviews to analyze the content according to the issue. (Content Analysis) and the results were presented in a form of explanation. and sorted by the issues studied and research objectives.
The research results found that : 1) Context of Phutthamonthon District there are 3 sub-districts and 18 villages consisting of Salaya sub-district Mahasawat Sub-district, Khlong Yong Sub-district. People in the area prefer to work in agriculture, rice fields, lotus fields, and fruit orchards. Causing the products obtained from cultivation to be used in cooking and made into products. 2) Food context information in Phutthamonthon District Food in the area of Phutthamonthon Nakhon Pathom Province is similar to other provinces because it is in the central region as well. Types of food are similar, for example, boiled, stir-fried, curry, fried, but the food in the Phutthamonthon District is unique, that is, using local ingredients to cook. 3) Food tourism route Phutthamonthon To accommodate tourists who will travel to travel. which can create a route to learn about food and local way of life there are 2 routes:: Route 1 Recite way of people life Phutthamonthon. and Route 2 Experience the smell of the soil and visit Phutthamonthon
