This research aimed to: 1.study the context of Ban Yang Pattana community, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province; 2.study the components of homestay with using social enterprise systems and 3.to create developmental guidelines of Ban Yang community into a social enterprise of homestay management. It was a qualitative research using in-depth interviews with 22 key informants involved in the social homestay business, consisting of a leader group, entrepreneur groups and OTOP product groups. Delphi technique was used to collect data with 11 experts in various related fields, the technique was used with the experts 3 times. The groups of the experts, including tourism management field, Community - based Tourism field, Social Entreprise, homestay management field and tourist field. Data was analyzed by means, median and quartile. According to the objectives, the research found that
1. There were a lot of Dipterocarpus trees in Ban Yang Pattana community in the previous time. The villagers named, Ban Yang. Later, it was named to Ban Yang Pattana. Most of villagers were farmers who worked based on Sufficiency economy. It was also a unique Thai ethnic group, Thai Song Dam. It was an attempt to revive the culture in order to allow future generations to study the ritual, weaving and establishing a museum. Moreover, it would be one of the tourism community in 21 OTOP innovations in Nakhon Pathom.
2. According to the study of a principle of homestay establishment and components of social enterprise of homestay management, consisted of :1. Accommodation, 2. Activities, 3. Management and 4. the development of Social, community and environment.
3. Then analyzed the guidelines for Ban Yang community development into a social enterprise of homestay management divided into 4 approaches which were 1. accommodation development 2. activity development 3. management development and 4. community, social and environmental development
