The objective of this research was to develop audio visual services work manual of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The populations were 132 instructors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science and special instructors of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University who used audio visual services of the faculty, and 125 students who used circulation and loans audio visual services. The tool used in this research was the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using statistical package and descriptive statistics as percentage, means, and standard derivation. 

            The results were as follow;

        The satisfaction of the instructors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science and special instructors of   Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University who used audio visual services of the faculty before using the work manual was at means 4.22, and after the development of audio visual services work manual of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science and used, the instructors’ satisfaction was higher at means 4.42. The instructors’ opinions toward the audio visual services work manual were the manual format, contents, steps sequencing, categorizing, and samples were easy to understand, and timesaving service. The satisfaction of the students who used circulation and loans audio visual services before the development of audio visual services work manual was at means 4.01, and after using the work manual, the students’ satisfaction was higher at means 4.56. In conclusion, both instructors and students were satisfied toward the audio visual services at a higher and a highest level after using the audio visual services work manual
