The objective of this research is to (1) study the characteristics of digital corporate culture of PTT Digital Solutions Company Limited (2) to analyze the factor of digital organizational culture characteristics of PTT Digital Solutions Company Limited and (3) to confirm the factor of digital organizational culture characteristics of PTT Digital Solutions Company Limited. The sample group in this research is 400 employees of PTT Digital Solution Company Limited. The instrument in this research is the questionnaire on digital organizational culture characteristics with confidence equal to 0.988. The statistics for data analysis are the descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation , the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by using principal factor analysis and orthogonal rotation of axes, and the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) by using AMOS (student version) statistical program. The research results are as follows
1. The sample group of employees perceived most of the characteristics of digital organizational culture at moderate level and high level. There are 10 characteristics with high level ranked by average from high to low as follows: (1) Outsourcing or freelancing is part of the workforce (2) Information technology literacy and communication skills (3) Value in self learning and self development (4) Self-service system (5) Value in customer experience and customer satisfaction (6) Skills in good service and customer understanding (7) Self-learning skills (8) Skills in collaboration with diversified people (9) Skills in communication and collaboration with other people (10) Strategy that focuses on quality products and services development that meet customer demand. Furthermore, the sample of each group of employees is perceived at the same or similar level.
2. Digital organizational culture characteristics can be extract to 9 factors that described by 65 characteristics with a weight value .41 - .81. All factors can explain the characteristics of digital organizational culture 69.15 percent. It consists of 9 factors as follows: (1) Modern style (2) Modern strategy (3) Shared value (4) Modern system (5) Digital skills (6) Staff development (7) Modern functional structure (8) Modern management structure (9) Flexible staff.
3. The results from second-ordered confirmatory factor analysis of the digital organizational culture show that the adjusted measurement model consistent with the empirical data with Chi-square =3254.63, df =1927, p value =0.00, Chi-square / df =1.6, GFI =0.80, CFI =0.94, RMR =0.04, and RMSEA =0.04.
