บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน  และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน  ตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 151 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way Anova) และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก  การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ปรากฏว่า ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน  เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า  ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract	This research aims to examine and compare Transformational leadership of school administrators According to the teacher's opinion In the school, Taling Chan district office Under Bangkok classified by the size of their schools and their work experience level.The selected by stratified random sampling method of 151 Representative Samples in the research.Through a specifically designed questionnaire device.Data is collected to obtain Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation(SD), T-Test, One Way Anova, and compare pairs by Sheffe method.The analyzed data shows that; The level of school principals’transformational leadership as well as the level of each of its components is high.The comparison of opinions of school teachers in Taling Chan District Office who work in schools of different sizes shows that school size has significant effect on teachers’ opinions on transformational leadership of school principals by overview and each side Significantly different at the level of .05. And the teachers with different work experiences had different opinions towards the transformational leadership of school administrators.The overall picture is no different.When considering each aspect, it was found that there was an ideological influence Differences were statistically significant at the .05 level while other aspects were not different.
