Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare the teachers’ reviews toward the transformational leadership of school’s administrators in Network Schools 35 Latkrabang District Bangkok Office by classifying the qualification and working experience. The samples used in this research were thirty-five school teachers in Network Schools 35 Latkrabang District Bangkok
The table of Cohen, Manion and Morrison was used by a sample of 132 people. Then, using stratified random sampling. The tool used in research was questionnaires. The five-level statistical estimate scales used in research were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. Test statistics were T-Test and One-way ANOVA.
When the differences were found, it was tested in pairs by using Scheffé’s method.
The research found that;
1. Teachers’ reviews toward the transformational leadership of school’s administrators in Network Schools 35 Latkrabang District Bangkok were high in overalls.
2. Teachers with different degrees gave their reviews toward the transformational leadership of school’s administrators, in Network Schools 35 Latkrabang District Bangkok that the overall and individuals were statistically significant differences at .05. Teachers with bachelor's degrees having more reviews than teachers with higher education.
3. Teachers with different work experience gave their reviews toward the transformational leadership of school’s administrators, in Network Schools 35 Latkrabang District Bangkok that the overall and individuals were statistically significant differences at 0.05. Teachers with more than 20 years of experience show more reviews toward the transformational leadership than teachers with less than 10 years of experience and teachers with experience working between 10-20 years.
