| Abstract | Technological progress has changed the industry. Also known as the 4th Industrial Revolution, the digital production model has been changed from Machinery in the factory can be linked into a network, able to recognize, exchange information, monitoring and work together. Providing benefits in increasing production efficiency, reducing costs, reducing waste and pollution. To build competitiveness Organizations that adopt Industry 4.0 must consider the barriers and their impact. Especially the sustainability that many organizations use as indicators of success.
