บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน  กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูจำนวน 354 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ ใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract	The purposes of this research were to study and compare teachers’ opinion toward state for the development of academic leadership of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 distinguish by working experience and school size.The samples consisted of 354 teachers. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with reliability value of .97. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance and multiple comparison test (Scheffe’s Method). The research results revealed that: 1) state for the development of academic leadership of school administrators, according to the opinion of teachers in overall, was at a high level. 2) The comparison of state for the development of academic leadership of school administrators according to the opinion of teachers classified by working experience and school size, in overall and each aspect was found statically significant differences at the .05 level.
