บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะการ บริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สหวิทยาเขตราชนครินทร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา  เขต 2 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียน สหวิทยาเขตราชนครินทร์สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยอาศัยตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน (Cohen) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.80-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ 0.987 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) วิเคราะห์โดยค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สหวิทยาเขตราชนครินทร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract	The study aimed to investigate and compare teachers’ perspectives toward the competency of school administrators at Rajchanakarin School consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, divided by teacher’s educational background and working experience. The sample of 196 teachers at Rajchanakarin School consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, recruited through simple random sampling method and considered sample size through the Cohen Table. The instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire which the IOC felt in the range between 0.80-1.00 and the Cronbach’s Alpha showed a level of reliability at 0.99. The data were analyzed through the descriptive statistics, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance. The research results were elaborated that 1) The teachers’ perspectives toward the competency of school administrators were performed at a high level overall and in each aspect, 2) the comparison of teachers’ perspectives as divided by their educational background and working experience were not significant differences overall and in each aspect.
