การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครู โรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตเบญจสิริ สังกัดสำนักงานพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 176 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t - test) และวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ( One way Anova) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูมีการรับรู้ต่อการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก การเปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครู จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและขนาดของสถานศึกษา ปรากฏว่า ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อ การใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

| Abstract |
The purposes of this research are to study and to compare the implementation of Good Governance of School Administrators, according to the teachers who are teaching in Benchasiri Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2’s perceptions. The targeted schools are divided according to their sizes. The Simple Random Sampling method is applied into the selection of 176 Representative Samples in the research.
Through a specifically designed questionnaire device. Data is collected to obtain Arithmetic Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), T-Test, and One Way Anova. The analyzed data shows that;
The Teacher’s Perceptions towards the Good Governance Implementation of the School Administrators is at Good Level (4th Level). The followings are the Good Governance Implementation of School Administrators, according to the Teachers Teaching in Benchasiri Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2’s Perceptions Comparison Analysis;Despite different education background and degrees, the teachers have quite similar perceptions towards the Good Governance Implement and Teachers with different education background and degrees have quite similar perceptions towards the Good Governance Implementation.
