บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	บทคัดย่อ   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1)  ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32  2)  เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32  ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 416 คน ได้มาจากการใช้เกณฑ์การประมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากร แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิอย่างมีสัดส่วนตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scales) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ  0.97 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ความถี่  ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงมาก

Abstract	Abstract   The purposes of this research were 1) to study the visionary leadership of school administrators and operation internal quality assurance in school of school administrators and teachers’ opinions under secondary educational service area office 32. 2) to investigate relationship between the visionary leadership of school administrators and operation internal quality assurance in school of school administrators and teachers’ opinions under secondary educational service area office 32. The sample consisted of 416 school administrators and teachers. They were selected by using a table of Group estimation criteria. A stratified random sampling technique were also employed according to school size. Tool in the study was a questionnaire-type scale (Rating Scales) 5 level Open ended form with its reliability value of 97. The data were analyzed by frequency., percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient The research results revealed that. 1 . The opinions of school administrators and teachers on visionary leadership of school administrators under secondary educational service area office 32 were also found at a high level . 2. The opinions of school administrators and teachers on operation internal quality assurance in school under secondary educational service area office 32 were also found at a high level . 3. The relationship between visionary leadership of school administrators and operation internal quality assurance in school of school under secondary educational service area office 32 was overall found positively at the statistical significant level of .01 and it was also discovered at a very high level.
