This survey research aims to study and compare the satisfaction of teachers in organizing an environment conducive to learning in secondary schools, Bangkapi District Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. The sample groups were selected from 353 parents of secondary schools, Bangkapi District Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. The sample group consisted of 185 people. The research instruments were the rating scale questionnaire, the questionnaire was tested for content validity. It was found that the index of congruence (IOC) was between 0.6 and 1.0, and Cronbach’s α (alpha) coefficient was at 0.913. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t–test and One-way ANOVA. When differences between groups were found, Scheffé’s multiple comparison was additionally utilized by the researcher. Findings are as follows: The results of the research revealed that 1) The satisfaction of teachers in organizing an environment conducive to learning in secondary schools, Bangkapi District Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. was overall at a high level and high level for all aspect. 2) The teachers who differed ages have the satisfaction with the organization of environment that was conducive to l learning in secondary schools, Bangkapi District Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. that both of the overall and the aspect are not different. 3) The teachers who differed with work experience have the satisfaction with the organization of environment that was conducive to l learning in secondary schools, Bangkapi District Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. that both of the overall and the aspect are not different.
