บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร จากการเปิดตารางของเคซี่และมอร์แกน ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 140 คน แล้วใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) มาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบค่าที (t – test) และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One -way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูมีการรับรู้ต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยูในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ครูมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study and compare the desirable characteristics of school administrators as perceived by teachers under the Saimai District, Bangkok classified by education and work experience. The sample group used in this research consisted of 140 teachers working in schools under the Saimai District, Bangkok, from Casey and Morgan's opening table, derived by stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments used in this study were 5 scale questionnaires. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation. t-test and One -way ANOVA. The results of the research were as follows: 1.Teachers are recognizing the desirable characteristics of school administrators under the Saimai District, Bangkok. In overall and in each level at a high level. 2.Teachers who have the different education levels are recognizing of the desirable characteristics of school administrators under the Saimai District, Bangkok. In overall and in each level is not different.

3. Teachers who have the different experience are recognizing of the desirable characteristics of school administrators under the Saimai District, Bangkok. In overall and in each level is not different.
