บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ยกเว้น ด้านการส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนาวิชาชีพที่มีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีประสบ การณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการกำกับติดตามความก้าวหน้าของนักเรียนมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่ำกว่า 10 ปี มีความคิดเห็นมากกว่าครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากกว่า 20 ปี

Abstract	In this research, the researcher studies and compares teachers’ opinions towards the academic leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Bangna District Office, Bangkok Metropolis. Findings are as follows: 1) The teachers were of the opinion that the academic leadership of school administrators in overall and each aspect were at the highest level, but the promoting professional development was in the high level. 2) The teachers who differed in educational level in their opinions toward the academic leadership of school administrators in overall and all aspects evince did not differences. The teachers who differed in work experience in their opinions toward the academic leadership in overall and each aspects evince did not differences, but monitoring student progress was statistically significant difference at .05 level. The teachers with work experience of less than 10 years had more opinions than the teachers with work experience of more than 20 years.
