The objectives of this research were: 1) to study context of Huai Muang Subdistrict, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province; 2) to study potential of tourist attractions in Huai Muang Subdistrict, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province according to 5 elements of dimension of Agrotourism; 3) to develop activities of community based tourism in Huai Muang Subdistrict, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province. and 4) to create ways to connect activities of agrotourist attractions in Huai Muang Subdistrict, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Materials used for data collection were in-depth interview, observation and target group interview, including 45 peoples. community leaders, community enterprise, entrepreneurs, people in Huai Muang and tourists. Then, the researchers analyzed data, used data from the interview to collect, analyze, conclude and present the result of the study based on objectives. The results of this research found that:

       1) Context of Huai Muang Subdistrict Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province was a sub-district that was notable for Agrotourism with area of river that people use in daily life and for agriculture, as well as, tourism resources and local's living.

       2) 5 elements of Agrotourism potential were all remarkable, including physical and biological values, knowledge, innovation, wisdom values, management potential of agricultural tourist attractions and potential to attract tourism.

       3) Development of community tourism activities in Huai Muang Subdistrict could be determined in 4 ways as follows. 1) Development of activities or environment in the community, 2) Development of story creation for learning in every type of activities, 3) Safety development, 4) Development of tourist support to develop activities of Huai Muang to be effective in organizing and developing activities.

       4) Connected activities could be synthesized for Agrotourism according to supply chain. Main tourist attractions including New Theory, commercial shrimp pool and Tha Sao women community and alternative tourist attractions of Wat Huai Muang, community cultural field, ancient cloth of Thai, farmer's housewife, Suan Lung Waeng and Ban Khlong Sai organic garden.
