บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	สังคมโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีความแตกต่างจากในอดีต มีการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีทรัพยากรต่างๆ จากทุกคนทุกแห่งบนใบโลกนี้ได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็วและกว้างขวาง มีการเชื่อมโยงกันทางด้านความแตกต่างทางสังคม เชื้อชาติ ภาษา การเมืองการปกครองระหว่าง ชุมชน สังคม ทั้งในระดับประเทศ และในระดับภูมิภาค เกิดเป็นความผลักดันให้เกิดการเชื่อมโยงทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม และการศึกษา ซึ่งในปัจจุบันช่วงอายุคนคนหนึ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งต่างๆ อย่างรวดเร็วแตกต่างจากในอดีตที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไป การพัฒนามนุษย์เพื่อรองรับกระแสสังคมโลกที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วนั้น ซึ่งจำเป็นที่จะต้องพัฒนาให้เกิดทักษะที่จำเป็นในการดำรงชีวิตในโลกศตวรรษที่ 21 และทักษะที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนานั้นก็จะต้องมีแนวทาง แนวโน้ม ว่าควรจะพัฒนาไปในทิศทางใด โดยต้องอาศัยหลักการมองอนาคตที่พึงประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบความแตกต่างจากแนวคิด หาความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนา ผสมผสานเข้ากับการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อช่วยในการจัดการศึกษาไม่ว่าจะเป็นเทคโนโลยีทางด้านการบริหารการศึกษา เทคโนโลยีที่ช่วยในการจัดการศึกษาภายในห้องเรียนหรือนอกห้องเรียน ก็ล้วนแล้วแต่เป็นสิ่งที่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่ดีกว่าอดีตที่ผ่านมา
