บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1.ศึกษาระดับทักษะเพื่อการเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่ส่งผลต่อการวางแผนเพื่อวัยเกษียณของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรี 2. ศึกษาระดับทัศนะด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการเกษียณอายุที่ส่งผลต่อการวางแผนเพื่อวัยเกษียณของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัทซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรีและ 3.ศึกษาทักษะเพื่อการเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ประสบความสำเร็จและทัศนะด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการเกษียณอายุที่ส่งผลต่อการวางแผนเพื่อวัยเกษียณของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท   ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรี ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 40 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 233 คน  ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญทำการเก็บข้อมูล และนำข้อมูลมาทำการวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงซ้อน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า          1. ทักษะเพื่อการเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ประสบความสำเร็จของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัด สระบุรี มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญในระดับมาก (Mean=3.48) โดยพบว่าทักษะเพื่อเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ในด้านพึงพอใจในชีวิต ด้านตระหนักในคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และความสามารถควบคุมตนเอง ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญมาก และทัศนะด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการเกษียณอายุของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรี มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญในระดับมาก  (Mean=3.64)  โดยพบว่าทัศนะด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการเกษียณอายุในด้านค่านิยม ด้านเศรษฐานะ และด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ ความสำคัญมากเช่นกัน          2. ทักษะเพื่อการเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ประสบความสำเร็จส่งผลต่อการวางแผนเพื่อวัยเกษียณของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรี ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ได้กำหนดไว้          3. ทัศนะด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการเกษียณอายุส่งผลต่อการวางแผนเพื่อวัยเกษียณของพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ อาหารสำเร็จรูป จังหวัดสระบุรี ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ได้กำหนดไว้

Abstract	The objective of this research was 1. To study the levels of skill in the successful ageing and pre-retirement preparation affecting the retired planning of the employee business of ready meal group Sara Buri province, 2. To study the level of perspective in the successful ageing and pre-retirement preparation affecting the retired planning of the employee business of ready meal group Sara Buri province, and 3. To study skills for being a successful elderly and perspective in the successful ageing and pre-retirement preparation affecting the retired planning of the employee business of ready meal group Sara Buri province. The population used in the research are 233 employees in the business of ready meal group Sara Buri province who are 40 years old or more. The research instruments were questionnaires which were evaluated by experts. The data was collected and analyzed to find the percentage, mean, frequency distribution, standard deviation and analyze regression. The results of the research showed that            1. The mean of the skill for the successful ageing and pre-retirement preparation affecting the retired planning of the employee business of ready meal group  Sara Buri province is at a high level of importance  (Mean=3.48). It was found that, regarding the skill for the successful ageing in terms of satisfaction in life, awareness of quality of life and ability to control themselves, the mean is at a high level of importance. In terms of the perspective in pre-retirement preparation of the employee business of ready meal group Sara Buri province, it was found that the mean is at a high level of importance  (Mean = 3.64). It showed that the perspective in pre-retirement preparation in terms of values, economic status, and supporting factors, the mean is at a high level of importance as well.            2. The skill in the successful ageing affects the retired planning of the employee business of ready meal group Sara Buri province in the same direction with statistical significance at the level of 0. 05, which is in accordance with the hypothesis given.            3. The skill in the pre-retirement preparation affects the retired planning of the employee business of ready meal group Sara Buri province in the same direction with statistical significance at the level of 0. 05, which is in accordance with the hypothesis given.
